　 1 1 ．教学内容 本课时包括 Phonetics review (Vowels: Chant 3 and Chant 4)部分，具体训练内容为：元音/ ɔɪ / /au/，辅音：/j/ /s/ /r/ /m/ /h/。

　 2 2 ．教学重点、难点 教学重点：上述音标的准确发音； 教学难点：元音/ ɔɪ / /au/的区分。

　3. 教学目标 知识目标: :

　通过模仿、辨别进一步熟悉音标中元音/ ɔɪ / /au/，辅音：/j/ /s/ /r/ /m/ /h/的正确发音； 能力目标: : 正确跟读上述音标及相关歌谣、单词。

　4. 教学步骤

　Step I

　Revision and introduction Make a brief revision about the vowels /ei/ /ai/ that we learned in last section, and introduce the pronunciation / ɔɪ / /au/ that will appear in this class.. Step II

　Practice on Vowels: / ɔɪ /

　 Chant 3

　Joyce and Roy

　Activity 18 1. Try to pronounce. Ss read aloud the words given: soil, boy, soy, coin, toy, oil.

　2. Listen and choose. Ss fill in the blanks with the words they listened, then check with each other. 3. Ss try to list more words that contain / ɔɪ /. （设计意图：。

　Activity 19 1. Listen to a chant. (individual work) 2. Find and underline. Ss try to find out those words which contain the pronunciation / ɔɪ / in this chant, and underline them.

　*3. Read and recite. Ss read aloud the chant and try to recite it in 1 minute.( only for possible Ss) （设计意图：熟读后的背诵能加深记忆 ， 大部分学生均可达到要求 。）

　Activity 20 1. Listen and repeat. Ss listen to Chant 3 once again, and then follow to read, paying attention to the underlined words. 2. Brainstorm. Try to list as many as possible the words that contain pronunciation / ɔɪ / and do oral practice. *3. Ss read aloud once again and try to recite it in 1 minute.( only for possible Ss) （设计意图：

　以头脑风暴的形式复习单词, 且 熟读后的背诵能加深记忆。）

　Activity 21 1. Listen and match. (individual work) 2. Feedback within groups of 4 Ss. (group work) *3. Ss read aloud the sentences. Step III

　Mouse and house Activity 22 1. Try to pronouce. Ss read aloud the words given:

　cow, flowers, mouse, house.

　2. Listen and choose (Ss’ individual work), then check with each other. 3. The teacher checks the answers. Activiity 23 1. Listen to a chant. (individual work) 2. Find and underline. Ss try to find out those words which contain the pronunciation /au/ in this chant, and underline them.

　*3. Read and recite. Ss read aloud the chant and try to recite it in 1 minute.( only for possible Ss) （ 设计意图 同上 ：熟读后的背诵能加深记忆 ，大部分学生均可达到要求 。）

　Activity 24 1. Listen and repeat. Ss listen to Chant 4 once again, then follow to read, paying attention to the underlined words. 2. Brainstorm. Ask the volunteer group to give their answers, then check with the whole class. 3. Ss try to read aloud the sentences. Step IV

　Consolidation practice

　Try to recite Chant 3 and Chant 4 after the class, paying attention to the pronunciation of / ɔɪ / and /au/.
